By submitting any files for 3D printing, the Client confirms that they hold all necessary rights, permissions and licences to use, reproduce, and distribute the content. The Client also confirms that the files do not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, patent, design right or other third-party intellectual property.

Berkshire Designs - including its services operating under the names Print Partner, 3DPrintMyFile and any related sub-brands - functions solely as a manufacturing and fulfilment service. We do not review, verify or assess the legality, ownership or safety of any submitted files. All responsibility and liability for the files and any printed products derived from them rest entirely with the Client.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Berkshire Designs and its sub-brands harmless against any claims, disputes, losses, or damages arising from the submitted files or the resulting printed items.
