Shipping Policy

All items are made to order and take up to 3 business days to produce. During busy periods, this may take a little longer — we’ll keep you informed if so.

We currently ship within the UK only.

• Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days).

• Smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class to help keep costs down — the shipping method will be shown at checkout.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking info (if applicable). If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived, please contact Royal Mail directly with your tracking number.
